- After a career as an attorney before the Paris Court of Appeals with a law firm specialized in real estate and corporate law, Guy Nafilyan joined Kaufman & Broad in 1977 as Chief Executive Officer with particular responsibility for expanding the housing business in France. In 1983, he was appointed Chairman of Kaufman & Broad France, and in 1986 became Senior Vice President of Kaufman & Broad Home Corporation, the Company’s parent which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Nafilyan was elected as a director of Kaufman & Broad Home Corporation in 1987, and appointed Executive Vice President of the company in 1992. In 2000, he oversaw Kaufman & Broad SA's initial public offering on the Paris Bourse and has since led the Company’s expansion both in the Greater Paris area and in France’s other regions.

- A civil engineer, Joël Monribot joined the Group in 1971 as Vice President, Construction Works, before being appointed Head of Procurement for Roads, Infrastructure and Utilities in 1974, Vice President, Land & Development in 1978, Vice President, Operations and Real Estate Development in 1980, and then Senior Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, and subsequently Chairman of Kaufman & Broad Maisons Individuelles in, respectively, 1986, 1988 and 1990. Mr. Monribot was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Kaufman & Broad SA in March 2002 and was reappointed in April 2004, for the remainder of Guy Nafilyan’s term of office as Chief Executive Officer. He currently has operational responsibility for all of the housing operations in France. He has been a member of the Management Committee since July 1988.

- After earning a Master's degree in economics, Jean-François Demaris began his career with Alcatel, where he was in charge of economic and human resources research for the company’s regional plants. He was then appointed as Divisional Head of Insurance and Asset Management, and Head of Administrative Services for a documentation unit. In 1982, he joined the optronics division of CGE as Human Resources Director, where he oversaw the merger and restructuring of several companies. In 1989, he joined SAFT as Human Resources Director for the international Power Electronics division, where he worked on organizational development, HR projects, and the development of a manufacturing culture. In 1993, he became Human Resources Director for Alcatel Data Networks, a Franco-American joint venture specialized in data network products and services, before serving as Director of Management Development for an Alcatel division. Mr. Demaris joined Kaufman & Broad SA as Vice President, Human Resources in January 2000, when he was also appointed to the Management Committee. He was named Senioir Vice President, Human Resources in January 2007.

- After graduating from Ecole Polytechnique, Sylvère Hamel began his career in 1988 as head of commercial real estate programs at GTM Entrepose. He joined Bouygues Immobilier in 1991, where he served as Vice President, Apartments, then Vice President, Single-Family Homes, both in the Ile-de-France region, before becoming Regional Vice President, Côte d'Azur in 1998. In January 2005, Mr. Hamel joined Kaufman & Broad as Chief Executive Officer, Kaufman & Broad Paris. In January 2007, he was appointed Regional Vice President KB Paris in charge of business development at the Paris 1, Paris 2 and Strasbourg offices. He has been a member of the Management Committee since January 2007.

- Philippe Misteli is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Mr. Misteli has been a member of the Management Committee since October 2001.

- Daniel Raze has a Master’s degree in Literature and joined Kaufman & Broad in September 1973. He held the positions of Sales Manager, then Real Estate Manager in 1974, before being appointed in 1980 as Assistant Vice President, and subsequently Vice President, Real Estate in Marseille. In 1986 he became Vice President, Development, and in 1991 was named Senior Vice President of Kaufman & Broad Développement, in charge of the apartments division, of which he was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1998. Mr. Raze was named Chief Executive Officer of Kaufman & Broad Paris in January 2003, and in 2004 became the Group’s Senior Vice President, Business Development. He has been a member of the Management Committee since July 1991.

- After earning a degree in business, William Truchy began his career in real estate in 1980, working for an agency in Nancy, before joining Promogim in 1982. He was head of sales in Burgundy and the Rhône-Alpes region, and subsequently Sales Director for the Provence Côte d'Azur, Bordeaux and Toulouse regions. He was appointed National Sales Director in 1987 and then Senior Vice President in 1989. Mr. Truchy joined Kaufman & Broad in March 2003 as Sales and Marketing Director for the Ile-de-France region. He was appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing in January 2005, and currently leads the Sales and Marketing and Showroom processes for operations in Paris and the Ile-de-France area. He has been a member of the Management Committee since December 2004 and Senior Vice President, Marketing, France since December 2006.

- With a Works Management degree from Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics, Patrick Zamo joined Bouygues as an on-site foreman in 1971 before moving in 1976 to Kaufman & Broad, where he oversaw the construction of single-family homes. He was appointed Building Production Director in 1983 and then Technical Director in 1988. In July 1991 he became Senior Vice President of Kaufman & Broad Homes in charge of production. In 2002 he was appointed Regional Vice President, Ile-de-France, and tasked with overseeing the Project Design department for communities of single-family homes in France. Mr. Zamo has been a member of the Management Committee since July 1991 and Regional Vice President, Ile-de-France Apartments since December 2006.
